Here’s just a few member results (out of thousands)…
DanC (Daniel Conlin Wilmington, DE):
My second time through FLBC… did one last August at the end of my road racing season and went from 192-185 lb. Just completed my second FLBC and went from 185 to 179 lb. I am 6′2″. This time seemed tougher for some reason, but I still stuck to it and the results are worth it… except now I need a new wardrobe since my pants are much too loose!
b3growler (Shawn Buddenhagen Virginia Beach, VA):
I did my first Bootcamp this week, and I lost 7 pounds… My goal is to lose 20 lbs by the end of March, to help with a hilly road race. Hopefully I can continue to lose and meet my goal. This was a great jump start.
Gunnadropya (Harvey Forbes, Pottsville, PA):
I started my first fat loss boot camp one month ago yesterday so its been three weeks since I finished. The changes to my metabolism amaze me - I can at times feel that thermogenic effect I have heard about. I started the boot camp at right around 219 pounds, finished at 208 pounds. Since then I’ve moved to the Maintenance phase and have finally broken the 200 lb barrier @ 198.8lbs!
