Set Your Personal Record (quick tips)

Today, I want to share with you some simple tips on how to set a Personal Record on your favorite rides, loops, events, centuries, and even races.

NOTE: I used these tips yesterday on day 5 of the Go Longer, Climb Stronger module and use of Cyclo-CLIMB Techniques to take 20 minutes off a 74.5 mile course with 5900 ft. of vertical gain. I’ve done this course 15 times.
