Your Cyclo-club website and all of its tools followed up by a bit motivation, determination, blood, sweat and tears from my end has been the sole factor to what I can only explain as being the perfect lead up for our trip. The plan you mapped out for me through the two Platinum Consults over the past six months has been an absolute winner. I have followed it to its full extent and even now am polishing it off with Taper in 7 days.

| It has been the motivation and impetus that I have lacked……..until now!!! My climbing strength has out stripped my expectations. My power output is up 30% on average, I have dropped eight kilograms and my core strength and flexibility is through the roof. I am a totally different cyclist and it shows. I’ll be blowing them all away up Alp d’Huez. Thanks again for help mate…..very much appreciated."
