This rider had off and on back pain and struggled in the hills. Here’s what happened when he used our Everyday Cyclist Back Fix in 7 Days (available on DVD or in Cyclo-CLUB)

“Off an on I have lower back pain like I am sure many of you do. A while back my lower back was protesting on climbs. I did one 1.3 mile long 15% monster climb near where I live as part of my training and my lower back hurt like it never has. I barely made the climb. I was worried because I had a century up and coming that not only included this climb but another at .8 miles and 23% as well as a bunch of other stiff climbs.
I had been using the 15 minute ZEN fix the back stretching. But the Fix the back in 7 days put it all together. That week along with another few weeks of good core work and stretching really paid off. As I led into this ride I continued to train on many of the hills I would ride. No pain. Better yet I was climbing at watt levels that had been hard to maintain in the past. I had never felt this strong on my climbs.
This past Saturday was the big ride. And while I ended up only doing 70 of the 100 miles (due to two of my friends riding this ride for the first time and not really being ready-need to send them to the CLUB!) I still did about 8000 feet and did the 23% hill and the 15% too. No back pain, had power going up the hills even late in the ride.
